Refund Policy
Standard Returns and Exchanges
When you buy something from us, we hope you love it. However, If you change your mind (it happens to the best of us), you have 30 days to send it back to us. However we don’t offer free return service for international orders.
If you decide to return something, please ensure that it is in perfect condition. This means clean, unworn and unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. We cannot exchange returned products for another item. You should place a new order if you wish to buy another product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Faulty items
Faulty items can be returned at any time. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us by email at info@panaceatelier.com stating your name, order number and the nature of the fault.
How to return:
- First of all, send us an email to info@panaceaatelier.com and we’ll arrange a shipping label for you.
- Ship your item(s) using the original packaging to Panacea Atelier. Our return adress is:
23 Wellington Avenue, N9 0RN, London, United Kingdom.
- Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, so please remember to ask for a proof of postage.
- You can expect to receive a refund within 14 days of sending the parcel back to us. Once we have processed the return you will receive a return confirmation email.
When will I receive my refund?
Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed. We always try to be as fast as possible, but during busy periods (such as holidays ), it can take a little longer. The refund will be made in the same method you use while you purchased the product.
